    Up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting time, there is no cancellation fee. Within 24 hours of the scheduled starting time, there is a 100% cancellation fee. No show, no refund. Reschedule is subject to availability.

    Up to 7 days before the scheduled starting time, there is no cancellation fee. Within 7 days of the scheduled starting time, there is a 100% cancellation fee. No show, no refund. Reschedule is subject to availability.

    c) For larger groups (10-20 persons): Up to 14 days before the scheduled starting time, there is no cancellation fee. From 14 days up to 7 days before the scheduled date 10% administration fee.
